I know I’m not the only one anxiously anticipating “The Return of the King” extended edition. Futher adding fuel to the fire, I found a still photo (at imdb.com and the official LoTR site) of something I don’t recall seeing in the theatrical release. Is my short-term memory so shot, or is this new? Did I blink and miss something? I know I stayed awake for the film, in its entirety. Either way I’m quite curious as to what that scene entailed. And it gives me another excuse for a repeat viewing in the near future.
