- Here for this: Radiohead, the Cure, Janet Jackson Inducted Into Rock Hall of Fame - Roxy Music (including Brian Eno), Stevie Nicks, Def Leppard, and the Zombies also make the 2019 class.
- Khruangbin Releases Groovy “Christmas Time Is Here” - been listening to this jam on repeat.
- Building ideas in my previous post, about valuing experiences over possessions: Even better than shopping. In that vein next month I’m taking my Dad and my son to the Orchestra Hall for Star Wars: A New Hope. The film, with live orchestra. Looking forward to it.
- As the year comes to a close iTunes reminded me about my love for a certain musician and The Advocate posted this about her: ‘Lesbian Jesus’ Hayley Kiyoko Had an Awesome 2018. Heck yeah.
Friday there will be a Winter Solstice celebration at the American Swedish Institute, with glogg and live reindeer and more. I’d also like to get out to the Landscape Arboretum to see their Winter Lights.
